Many people have come to realize that their posture, or how you carry yourself,
can have a big influence on their health and fitness. But, do you know
that advancing all basic functions of human beings to where they ought
to be is the central concept of Shisei?
That includes health of body and mind, increasing strength of movement,
improving the body and figure, etc. Our foundation (Shisei Research Foundation)
pursues research and other activities that help to promote good health
and fitness, through the practice both of static and dynamic posture exercises.
With the slogan, “everything starts from shisei,” we aim to make peoples’
health and stamina the way they ought to be. For this purpose, we have
conducted extensive research to popularize techniques by which all individuals
can safely and reasonably improve themselves.
