Based on the "Karada Gakko (Body School)" established on 1 May 1997
established the Non Profit Organization (NPO) the Shisei Research Foundation after receiving approval from the Governor of Nagasaki Prefecture.

Visit to the Iwakuni Art Gallery (Hiroshima) by President Katayama and Director Kinoshita to study protective and supportive clothing.
